Great Book

I had this book in t he non-gluten free version. Now that I am gluten free I wanted to update my library. Lots of good information for gluten free living.

Clearing the confussion

This is a GREAT book, having Celiac and type 2 diabeties has been a real challenge. This books helps you know how to eat with these 2 very serious health issues. It offers meal planning that you can actually follow, along with some serious health information. I highly reccommend this book.

Low GI Gluten-Free Eating

This book is easy reading, straightforward, and contains sensible suggestions for eating healthy foods. It presents a guide for eating for the rest of your life.
