This is a story for children who love melancholy tales such as Hans Christian Anderson's The Little Mermaid or The Little Match Girl. A mermaid is a free creature who is not meant to be tamed. This tale is about a man who captures a mermaid because he loves her. Any more information than that would ruin the story. The artwork is haunting, as is the story. A must have for anyone who loves fairy tales.
