The Mentorship Edge: Creating Maximum Impact through Lateral and Hierarchical Mentoring is an insightful book on mentoring by Deborah Heiser, PhD. I was inspired by reading this book. Within the pages, readers will be reading stories and commentary from the author. I liked how she was able to show the importance and value of mentoring and how it can help future generations. I found it to be influential to read. I admired at how passionate this subject is for the author. I found parts of the book that I would be able to incorporate into my own life and gave me good guidance while raising two teenagers. It is most certainly a beneficial book to have on hand. I am going to give The Mentorship Edge: Creating Maximum Impact through Lateral and Hierarchical Mentoring a very well deserved five plus stars. I highly recommend it for those who are searching for better ways to thrive personally and professionally, as well asnd how to become a better mentor and making an impact with others.. I would be interested in reading more books from the talented author, Deborah Heiser, PhD in the near future. I thought that this one is definitely worth a read and not to be missed. I received a digital copy of Debroah Heiser, PhD's The Mentorship Edge: Creating Maximum Impact through Lateral and Hierarchical Mentoring from the publisher, but was not required to write a positive review.
