Excellent for moving your Organization

I convinced my organization to purchase this for each of it's 110 supervisors and 8 managers. We used it at the bi-monthly meetings as a training topic and to help us begin to share a similar language. I suggest you buy and provide many, many bioks for supervisors and managers to help keep us current and thinking!
