Religious book

I want to start by saying, if you are a faith based home, then this is, I am sure, a wonderful book, but we are a spiritual, nature based home, and being as the title is called, “The Magic of Me: A Kids’ Spiritual Guide to Health and Happiness”, I thought I found a book to incorporate a love for finding one’s self through more of a spiritual connection, but instead, it was a book about finding yourself through God. I am disappointed with this book because of it’s miscued title and content. It is a VERY religious book, and I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t begin actually reading it beforehand. The description on the back doesn’t speak of religion, or God, but of “unlock(ing) your powers within”. Like I said, I believe this to be a VERY good book if you are religious, but I can’t get passed the lack of reference to the fact that it is religion based, and I feel mislead. We connect with a high power, but feel more connected to a spiritual path, and I am no way bashing religion. I am bashing that fact that the books title and description have NOTHING to do with religion. I hope this helps others before they purchase this book.
