Expose the low-carb fraud

It is an extension on the China Study book, their best seller. The authors share what they find out in this simple book by pointing out what low-carb diets and the promotion of protein or meat and fat for calories. They comment that not all carbs are created equal! On page 50, they advocate WFPB (whole food plant based) diet can reverse the advanced diseases. The low-carb diet, i.e. high-fat, high protein diets are associated with higher rates of several cancers, heart disease and other diseases. Follow the authority on nutrition in WFPB diet will keep you in good health and wholistic well after all! Readers are urged to experiment to find the truth and secret for a healthy and happy life!
