The story is replete with canine humor and continues the saga of these three adventurers begun in the first of the novels. The book reflects the sarcastic humor and loving relationship among all three members of the Quincy Texas family as they not only have fun but also face danger together. Additionally, they succeed in bridging the communication gap between humans and canines.
