When Jon and Tania attend a costume party at a museum full of ancient arms and armor -- relics that have been through bloody battles, or worse -- it doesn't surprise either of them to discover a ghost lurking in the shadows. But this particular ghost is on a mission, and if Jon and Tania don't help him, he just might become the warrior he was when he was alive, and that means trouble -- and danger -- for everyone involved
I must say this is one great series!!! I still found myself still reading the opening to every chapter even after I said I was going to stop reading. This story for me was better than the rest due to the content. I love SWORDS! So this had my attention from the beginning. Same great, driven kids doing the best they can to help the ghost out. I love that the kids want to do it themselves! Only asking for help when it is needed. To me this is a very strong statement about the nature of kids. When does book four come out?
Another spooky ghost story full of fun

This is book 3 in the Haunted series, which starts with The Ghost on the Stairs and The Riverboat Phantom. The series follows a brother and sister who travel with their parents' ghost hunter TV show. In each book, the TV show researches a new ghost at a new location. The kids try to help the ghosts, while keeping their activities secret from meddling grownups. In book 3, Jon and Tania attend a costume party at a New York City museum full of ancient arms and armor. They discover a ghost lurking in the shadows, trying to protect a sword for the French knight he once served. Tania is determined to help the ghost move on -- but how, when the knight who could release him from his promise is long since dead, and they can't even speak his language?
