The Jossey-Bass Reader on Technology and Learning is an excellent book for anyone interested in or researching educational technology. The book is divided into the following sections: Part One - Reports and Standards, Part Two - Equity, Access, and Literacy and Part Three - Technology and School Change. Each section has several chapters written by various experts in the field of educational technology. The authors present and discuss published reports on educational technology, research supporting technology in schools, implementing technology in classrooms, the availability of technology and obstacles to using technology. Most of the authors wrote chapters based on their publications in the field of educational technology. I used the book and many of its references for several papers in graduate school. The book was particularly helpful to me because my Masters degree is in Instructional Technology and Media. The book is a great resource for students and researchers in the field of educational technology.
