Must-have book for today's leaders

Loved the book. Pete Menconi has given ministry (and workplace)leaders a practical, readable, well-researched book on the five generation who shape the world we live in. The first half of the book does the best job, in one source, to portray the life events, popular culture, values, worldview and spirituality of each generation--from the GI Generation to the Millennials. This section alone will provide great insight for anyone working with people. The second half of the book then, provides an insightful and workable approach to leadership, service, mission, preaching, worship, etc. Many will find this book to be a source of ideas for preaching, teaching or cross generational conversations. Well done!
