A Holistic Approach

A recent magazine article about Nelson's success sparked my interest in his methods. I acquired the The Incredible Payback to learn more of Nelson's purchasing and supplier development experiences and ideas. In this book, he details how these functions can improve the financial health of a business. His presentation is clear and comprehensive, covering many practices that have led both him and others to success. He shares cost reductions resulting from the implementation of these practices.
