This book is a FANTASTIC read! The story lines and characters are great! It is well worth the price! You can't go wrong with this author!

I loved this book!

An absolute must read! I loved it. It was a great suspense book and the relationship with the lead singer of the rock band was fun to read about. I couldn't wait to read Carla's 2nd book, Apothecary. I finished both books pretty fast. I'm anxiously waiting for the 3rd book to come out in December! If you buy this book, you will certainly be hooked to this series!

A MUST READ!

This book has it all--suspense, excitement, romance--and created such thrills at times I found myself jumping ahead. I loved the devious, medical minds of the villains and the smart, likable heroine whose also lucky enough to be involved with a famous rock star (great fantasy)! From the opening crisis on the first page to the exciting conclusion, "The Incentive" never bores.

exciting new book

It was a fun book to read, great beach bag book. I found it a quick read with a little romance, rock and roll and mystery. The characters are well developed and was very easy to follow. It raises a few issues about health care providers and the medical system itself. I finished this book wanting more.

Wonderful read by this new author

If you like medical thrillers and a touch of romance then this book is just for you. I found that the medical jargon was easy to read and not too complex for this layperson. The characters were well developed. The heroine is very likeable (I wish I were her) and the villains were unscrupulous. I am also a big rock and roll fan. I thought the element of the rock star romance was lots of fun, and very much a daydream of mine. LOL! I liked learning a little bit of the behind the scenes stuff too. Like the author, I am also from Michigan and found it very enjoyable to read about places I have been to.
