The most visually fascinating of the Chronicles books

This book is a hidden gem of hard scifi. The planet we visit is fascinating, the world-building is wonderful, the Hork-Bajir people are charming and endearing, and the plot is TENSE! Highly recommended to scifi fans.

THe Hork-Bajir Chronicles is a definate must-read in the Megamorphs series. It gives you the whole story behind the Yeerk invasion of the Hork-Bajir world, through the eyes of Aldrea, daughter of Seerow, the Andalite who unleashed the Yeerks into the galaxy. Dak Hamee, the Hork-Bajir seer. ANd Esplin nine-four-double-six, the Yeerk obsessed with Andalites. THis book has some battles, some blood and a little romance. I'd recomend it to any Animorph fan.
The Begining Of The Yeerk Invasion

The Hork Bajir Chronicles by KA Applegate is an awesome book! This story is about the hork bajir war before the earth invasion. The main characters are Aldrea (daughter of prince Seerow) Dak Hamee (a hork bajir seer) and Esplin 9466 (visser 3). The andalites are trying their best to stop the yeerks from infesting the hork bajir to use their bodies for shock troops. I like this book because I enjoy animorphs books a lot and it is fun knowing the things that happen before the animorphs. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this book like all other animorphs books a 10. I think K.A Applegate wrote this book to make a good kids book with action and other things kids find interesting.
A great book for everybody (needs a better ending though)

A darn good book; it has a greatness in every aspect that I think a book should have. I'm an avid reader of the animorph sieries and this is a classic. It starts out as Andria(an Andilite) talking for a couple of chapters then goes to Dak Hamee(a Hork-Bajir seer) then the yeerk who later becomes Visser Three. The story take place mainly on the Hork-Bajir home world and telling the story of the Hork-Bajir enslavement by the newly born, but great Yeerk Empire. P.S: Please say my review was helpful!

This was a book I could not put down. I have since read it several times and it is just as good each time. A young Andilite travels to the Hork-Bajir world. She soon meats a seer of the more or less dumb people of the Hork-Bajir. He has been gifted with the abilty to learn much faster then the others of his race. The two unsespecting friends cross paths with the yeerk who will soon become the abomination, Visser 3. A yeerk is a parisite that looks like a slug that cralls through your ear into your brain. It then has absolute control. It decides when you will eat, sleep, or even blink. Ending with a betrayal that will destroy nearly the whole Hork-Bajir race this book has a surprise ending. Keep in mind this: good does not always win out over evil. *Please say if this review was helpful*
