It is beautifully laid out, easy to manage, richly adorned with top flight photos, and recipes that are stunning and deliver results to make you drool. I've been a TexMex addict all of my long life, and the only other book of such quality that I know of is The Only Texas Cookbook by Linda West Eckhardt.
