BRILLIANT! BRILLIANT! BRILLIANT!

This book is a must read! The rollercoaster ride of suspense begins with the opening page, and does not end until you have reached the back cover. Be captivated by the photos of the Stilton process, including the cheese "rubbing up" shots. Swoon at the photos of the workers as they go through the cheese making process. I guarantee with each turn of the page comes adventure! I have read this book many times over, and give it two thumbs up. William Shakespeare, eat your heart out!
