In response to the previous negative review that no analysis info is included in the book --- of course there isn't. This is one of the wonderful and highly effective ways of using alternative wholistic means to boost your health. Who do you think is going to do an expensive study on it? We all know just how much money large industry would make on Cayenne Pepper. Thankfully, this author is (one of the few) spreading the good word.
