This is one of the best books I have ever purchased and I own hundreds. James A. Duke, PhD has devoted his life to the service of mankind. This is the third book I have purchased by this author and they are all fantastic. The book is interesting, up-to-date, and well-researched. I have had the book for less than two weeks and the information is already helping me immensely. I have recommended this book to friends, colleagues, my students, and have purchased an extra copy for my sister. If you want to lead a healthy life, this is the book for you. Thank you James Duke!

Who knew that the addition/substitution of "Foods, Foods" would be so effective with these health concerns? Blueberries, peanut butter, the correct fiber for breakfast????
