I don't know why this diet never quite made it. I first saw it on one of the morning shows and decided to try it then. I never felt like I was on a diet because I enjoyed what I was allowed to have. The weight AND inches came off very quickly. The book says that unless you have the "starvation response" that this diet will not work for you. However, I had a good idea that I had the problem after reading the beginning chapters. This diet WORKS. If you are looking for something new, I would recommend this not so new diet. Again, I don't understand why it didn't stick around longer.
