For masterful tactics...

For anyone who wants to improve their singles tactics this book is invaluable. The examples are from tennis long ago (good for tennis history buffs) but the lessons haven't changed, even with the more powerful racquets of today. The play diagrams take some getting used to, but generally it is easy to read. I would recommend this book to any serious tennis player who wants to elevate their game, esp. those who would like to consider a more attacking style of play. This book helped my game immensely.
