WFPB- best for health!

Dr. Campbell advocates in this book to preach the health benefits of Whole Food Plant Base for self monitoring the well-being and happiness. He exposes the special Food Industry Complex conspire to control in such a formula – offering bad combination of sugar, fat and wheat to get consumers into the group of three highs in blood pressure, blood sugar and blood cholesterol; medical insurance and bills and different diet plans. Dr. Campbell and son offer a healthy way back to our life style. His China study is an enlightenment to get back to the basics. They are talking the truth why WFPB is good diet. He exposes the politics in academia, government agencies, major Associations for accepting the “donations” bait to speak well for the hands that feed them. Follow the Campbell camp in their website and e-learning for health and longevity to collect the Social Security checks from those who smoke, take freedom fries and fast foods and meet God pre-maturely. Enjoy this book and following his other cookbooks.
