Ol Fred sure changed a lot about the race. Like doing absolutely nothing during the debates and ultimately dropping out before February. Go Fred! Perhaps the authors should pen their next brilliant and prescient tome on the ever-increasing popularity of Ron Paul. He's catching on, I'm tellin' ya!

Not knowing too much about Fred Thompson's background and voting record, we wanted to understand who he really is and the focus of his agenda for America. We have 4 voters in our immediate household - to a person, after reading this book, the determination was that if the vote was held today, this is the man we would stand behind. We are looking forward to seeing/hearing him in the debates, and to crystalizing whether our initial leanings toward him are truly based in the facts of who this man is in reality. Assuming he is "for real," the dynamics of the entire presidential race could be radically changed! Great read! Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful overview of the life and philosophy of a true conservative. Let's hope that in the very near future he declares himself a candidate for the Presidency.
