A different perspective

This book is unique because it’s got a lot of authentic recipes which mostly don’t work for a vegan like myself, but if you consume animal products it’s got fantastic recipes. The descriptions of the regions and people are much different than other tourist related guide books. Providing details not obtainable elsewhere and well worth the read.
