Do you eat pasta? If you do this is the book for you!

This is a book that I have used for years. If you eat pasta and yearn for different sauces then this book for you. I have learned many a sauces from this book. When I go to a dinner party they think that I am a chef when I use one of these sauces!

Great Book...

This book is very good for the new cook or the old pro. I got it as a wedding gift but I didn't cook at the time. As I got used to the idea of being in a kitchen this book really helped me out a lot. I know use it a lot and find myself wanting to give it to all new cooks!

Used book for years!

I really like this book. It is what it says it is- an encyclopedia of sauces. I've probably made over 100 of the recipes, and have liked most. I'm especially fond of the pistachio sauce and the mushroom sauce. If you like pasta, and want to have a variety of sauces to add to your repertoire, this is a winner.

In an age filled with pasta lovers this book is the essential companion to your supermarkets pasta isle! with an outstanding collection of sauces there is no way that you will ever eat the same dish twice. Perhaps one of the best features is the check list which allows you the oppurtunity to choose for yourself wether or not your family liked it. A true godsend to pasta!
