Seth Reynolds is a seminary student who has lost his faith following the discovery of his wife's affair with his pastor and the death of his estranged father. He would be Agnostic all together if not for a bizarre recurring dream involving his first love from a decade ago and an open Interstate road. While driving to his dad's funeral in Birmingham, Alabama, Seth embarks on a spiritual and physical journey unlike anything he has ever imagined. Along the way, he is accompanied by his gay brother Silas, a Jewish seminary dropout named Rebekah, and a neurotic priest named Wiley (a former televangelist with the ability to predict the future...sometimes). Together, the four journeys collide as Seth follows clues from his dreams across the country to track down the lover that haunts his nights.
