A body is found in a dark empty parking lot, already the second of the year -- two seemingly random murders of young women eerily similar enough to suggest they were committed by the same killer. A third body is discovered shortly after. The beautiful young woman is a friend of Detective Paul Mullin; now his investigation has become personal.
