Good Selection and Full of Pictures

This book has a well done introductory section on tools and techniques. Each recipe has pictures of both preparation and the finished product. There is a better variety of recipes than most basic cookie books which recycle the same basic dough into several "different" cookies. The only fault might be the binding (sort of a cardstock paperback) which doesn't seem like it will last through too much usage. I would recommend this book to both novices wanting to become more experienced cookie bakers and bakers wanting to expand their recipe options.
