Good consumer reference but dated

A fine consumer legal reference, even if a bit dated. The book offers much practical advice and certainly is recommended, especially if you can obtain it at a bargain price.I do not understand why Consumer Reports (and Reader's Digest) do not offer *up-to-date* versions of their legal guides. Such publications are greatly needed, especially in today's litigious world.
