Bought this book as a Christmas gift for my daughter~ and what a gift! We've been enjoying the recipes daily. The information is straight forward, and easy approach to Ketogenics. I was frankly skeptical that I'd enjoy the recipes, but what a delightful surprise, they are not only flavorful, fresh, & filling , but also attractive! I have MS and a healthy diet is strongly suggested. I've tried two other keto diets and the recipes while healthy were not appealing at all, not filling, not tasty, you never forgot you were on a diet. I highly recommend this book.
