Just Okay

I was very excited for this book, but then when I cracked it open and started perusing the recipes…..I became much less excited. There weren’t many recipes that I marked! Now, there were a lot of unique recipe names or ingredients and while I am trying to expand my palate and skill sets….some of them just don’t sound appealing. So I didn’t mark a ton of recipes, at least not compared to some of my other cookbooks. I think I’ll work through this book quickly just because there aren’t too many marked. UPDATE: I have finished working through the book and the recipes I did make were very good!! I have passed the book on to my mom and she is going to give it a go.
