Absolutely wonderful and ethnically diverse sources

This is a fantastic book. I can't say enough good things about it. The recipes range from those good for a year you're short on money to the two-truffle turkey, which is probably worth every penny, and they are consistently delicious. We've been working our way through it since soon after it came out. This year's menu included dishes from Malta and Nigeria.
