Excellent recipe resource for cheesecake lovers

Wow, what a great book about a favorite dessert--cheesecake. You probably will not need any other cheesecake recipe book than this one. As the title indicates, there are hundreds of recipes for all kinds of cheesecakes--breakfast, fruit, no bake and even vegan and gluten-free. I think my favorite chapter is the chocolate one with 20+ different recipes for chocolate cheesecakes. The first 20 pages are introductory and cover the tools, ingredients, and techniques for making the perfect cheesecake. There are four sections of several pages of beautiful color pictures of a number of the cheesecakes that one can make from the recipes in the book. The recipes are clear and concise, easy to follow to ensure a perfectly delicious result. This second edition of The Cheesecake Bible is a comprehensive resource for anyone who loves to make--and eat!--cheesecake. I won a copy of the book in a contest and was not required to write a review. The opinions are my own.
