Best book on change that I have read

This book is so wonderful that I have ordered copies for my clients. It is probably most useful to people with some background in Myers Briggs, but even without that information, it is a solidly written, insightful book. I highlighted so much that I had to have a triage approach -- highlighter, blue stars, and dog-earring!
