A worthwhile companion

One cannot just flip through and form an opinion of this book. I read a page every day which necessitates taking a few minutes each morning before getting on with the day's activities. The pause for reflection/meditation is just what I need to start the day off right. There are very few pages which don't seem to apply, but overall this little book is a gem and I highly recommend it.
