Cooking Light Everyday Favorites

I had this cookbook already and my daughter - in - law was looking through it and said she wanted one so I bought this one for her birthday. Several good and easy recipes it in - one of my favorites - and I have several cookbooks.

Low fat cook book

I have one of the Cooking Light cookbooks which I have enjoyed over the years. I wanted to get one for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I'm sure that she will enjoy it as much as I have.

Great Recipes, Gorgeous Photos

I've been a fan of Cooking Light for years, and Everyday Favorites is a great collection of recipes with gorgeous photographs on almost every other page. The only thing it doesn't have that I would have liked to see is a chapter devoted entirely to pasta recipes. They include nutritional facts for all of their recipes. There are easily two dozen recipes I will eventually try including some really tasty looking ones in the Soups, Salads, and Poultry chapters.

The recipes are quick and easy and elegant looking. You don't even realize you are eating light food. Definitly worth the purchase

Best Cooking Light so far

I'm not a person that you will find very often in the kitchen, but when I am, I really enjoy it. I have several books from the Cooking Light series, and this is, for me, the best so far. The recipes are easy to follow and the pictures make you want to cook every single recipe in the book. Great choice for a person not so used to being in the kitchen as well as for the more advanced cook. And the best thing of all is that all recipes are healthy ones so you don't have to chose between taste and health.
