This book is titled right!

You'll be using your grill a lot more when you get this book! Not only are all the old favorites here, but great new recipes (grilled quesadillas are one of my favorites!). And best of all, your guy will want to cook more often!

Terrific addition to my cookbook collection

For the past four years I have exclusively used this book from May to October. The book is well organized with clear and concise instructions. The recipes balanced among the major meat groups. Also included is a section on grilling vegetables. Combining a hardcover with spiralbound pages is clever and practical in that it keeps the recipes safe but allows the book to remain easily open. I have recommended this book to several close friends.
