This book is definitely the best salsas book I have ever owned. This book includes tips for making/serving salsas and some favorite ways to enjoy salsas. I have made both the "Watermelon and Avocado Salsa" and the "Three Berry Salsa," both of which were a smash hit with me and my friends. It is my plan to make every salsa recipe (50) that is in this book. There are no pictures, but this does not matter for the recipes are superb!!!!!!!!!

I'd have to admit, I was skeptical when I first picked up this book. It's pocket size and no-frills layout didn't lead me to expect all that much, but boy! was I surprised. The recipes are really fantastic. The freezer salsa recipe was phenominal, really a great base for all sorts of experimentation with flavors and textures. After my in-laws numerous requests for my salsa secrets I just had to buy them a copy of their own.
