Wonderful Vegetarian Recipes

The mark of a well-loved cookbook, for me, has always been water stains, creases, and yes, even food remnents within the pages. My copy of 125 Best Meatless Main Dishes is quite a mess. Especially the risotto section. Every single recipe I have tried out of this book I have loved. Each recipe has suggestions of side dishes and beverages to make a full meal. This is simply one of my favorite cookbooks and should be required reading for every vegetarian cook or those wanting to try going meatless every so often. The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 star book is the lack of pictures (but then, I have the first edition...maybe the 2nd edition has pictures).
