A former US President sits on the board of a money management firm, and $250 million of the firm's money has gone missing. The managing partner of that firm has been brutally murdered, and there is speculation that the firm was laundering money for a drug cartel. When the President learns of this problem, he comes to Jonathon Price, a retired navy SEAL, and asks him to find the money and clean up the situation. Jonathon reluctantly agrees to help and, as a result, soon finds himself the target of a vicious cartel enforcer. He has to travel to the Caribbean, Switzerland, France and Columbia to accomplish the President's request,all the while being attacked by mercenaries and two separate drug cartels who are at war with each other.
