I think every woman needs a little encouragement on how to balance everything in her life. She may think she's got it all down, or she may think it's just an impossible task, but either way, she should pick up this book. It doesn't take long to read and it's easy to digest. You're also left with a good "meal" that provides helpful hints on how to work towards (if not achieve) that happy world of balancing work, family----and everything else that seems to cry out for your attention. I especially like McFarland's advice on savouring the moment, stopping the hamster wheel we're running on and just thinking about what's happening to me right now. And what's important to me. We're all just too busy driving over the speed limit through our own lives."
