Comforting

This book includes some symptoms that people are experiencing as a result of ascension and explanations of each of the symptoms and some advice on how best to cope with them. I found the information to be comforting, because it helped me to understand why I've had each of the symptoms. It's also comforting to know that many others are going through the same thing that I've been going through.

Glad for Karen Bishop

When I first found Karen Bishop and her energy alerts I was so relieved. Relieved to have found someone who understands what many of us are aware of and going threw. Grateful that she so eloquently put into words what I was experiencing and feeling. Relieved I wasn't crazy and that all this had a reason, meaning and purpose in my life. I am comforted by her writing and this book to know where we are headed. I don't have quite the clear channel that she has for information. I just know that I am headed there and love the guidance and assistance to know what lies ahead. All of this makes so much more sense now that reading dozens of other authors who dance around the fact that we are changing and more rapidly than you know.
