Later, he became the first bookseller in Philadelphia, started a newspaper, published Poor Richard's Almanac, and in 1731, with the help of his friends, organized the first subscription lending library, the Library Company.

I bought this book for my 13 yr old son for a project he was doing, And it was a big help. It gave some really good information and allowed him to learn more about the history on Benjamin Franklin..Thank you

This is an easy book to read. It gives good background information on dear Mr. Franklin.
