excellent recipes, okay, maybe not $5 recipes at my grocery store but good, easy and probably cheap meals -- just what I was looking for.

I saw a copy of this book and as I looked over the recipes I saw many that I really thought I would try. I liked it enough that I bought a copy for myself and each of my children. Worth the money.
I LOVE this book! Great recipes!

I don't know why anyone would give this book a 1 star! I LOVE this book! I bought this one and Family Feasts for $75 a Week and have found both to be extremely helpful to keep our grocery bill down! I've had this for 2 weeks; I've planned and bought groceries for the entire month for my family of 3 for only $200! I live in LA and didn't think that would be possible! I love how Erin itemizes each of her ingredients by price per unit! Very cool! This is a great book for those like myself that don't enjoy cooking, but love to save money!
Great new frugal cookbook

I received a reviewer copy of this for my blog and it's great! In addition to good shopping, organizing, couponing, and menu planning tips, there is a huge selection of good sounding recipes. I've only used two so far but they were both great. Each recipe includes a breakdown of the cost of the whole meal (side dishes included) so you can see how she arrived at her figures.
