Great book!

This is a great book - I love it! When I want to whip up a quick bar or square I always look in this book first. I love the applesauce squares that make a big 13 x 9 pan full of goodness! I really am a fan of all of Esther Brody's cookbooks - easy to follow chapters, good index, very tasty recipes that use "normal" ingredients. Love it - buy it!
