Dancin' with the Dolly

My pre-school students love the telling of this story and love to follow with dancin' on our carpet. To share a book with such rich art work is educational as well as inspirational. We're looking forward to more books by Ms. Merz.

Beautiful Book

I gave this book to a one year old girl and she loved it. She dances with her doll just like the character in the book! The colors are very rich and the art style is beautifully simple (bits of torn paper and fabic). It's fun to look closely at the detail.

That Dancin' Dolly has danced into our hearts

My daughter, 6, loves to sing. We love singing this book, and the fact that she's learning the tune to "Buffalo Gals" is an added bonus. The depth and texture of the illustrations is marvelous..it's a book we'll treasure.

A must have for young children

This book has lovely, colorful illustrations that help involve children in the story. My 3 year-old son loves it.
