Awesome!

This product was extremely helpful in getting me ready for the test. It is set up well and includes two practice tests. It was really easy to go through every chapter and learn the subjects quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone takes the Math Content Test in Texas.

Solid Help for those seeking High School Math Certification in TX

I have a relatively poor background in math. High school math ended with geometry in 10th grade. College-level math was limited to a few correspondence courses in calculus and "discrete" math. I thought I'd just take the 135 8-12 math certification test to see what was on it.Then I thought I'd retake it when I got caught up. But, somehow I ended up ordering this book. It very handily filled enough gaps in my knowledge that I passed the test on the first try. BUT, watch out--the text must be read with some care because the editing is not perfect and mistakes in the text can lead to extreme confusion. The book IS wrong in maybe half a dozen places.
