David Gibbins makes one of the more better adventure books you could possibly find and then some. Jack Howard and his compatriots stumble across a bronze plaque that leads them across the globe from the sight of Carthage onto the lost cargo of a Nazi U-boat on an island off the coast of Somalia. Howard and his people face off against the dangers of the deep, unexploded munitions, a sleazy salvage company, and a Somali pirate crew who want to sell the cargo of the Nazi U-boats to the highest bidder. Howard has faced off against plenty of opponents, some so brilliant they make his people question themselves onto those who are so brutal and murderous they make movie villains seem tame. But could this be his people's end?
