Awesome. Clear, Concise and to the point without the FLUFF

I found this to extremely helpful. Its a little easier to use and carry with than Newton's. I would recommend this to anyone who needs some quick info on Telecom.

Oh My God!! This book has helped me communicate!!!

WOW!! The author is nothing less than my hero!. As a Senior Technical Architect for at & t in St. Louis Missouri, I can acutally say I worship this dude! This book covers every aspect of telecom. At least from a Term and Acronym perspective. From terms used in business processes to the technology. A great simple reference which doesn't waste my time with useless unrelated information. Nothing but Telecom. If you need a quick guide for telecom terms with just the terms you need, this book is definitely it. I read it cover to cover on a regular basis just to keep myself in check. I can communicate better than ever before. Before this book I had to resort to playing with my management, literally!. To be honest, they aren't very smart.I work for one of those companies who have left the smarter people on the bottom. So the people I report to are very easy to manipulate. It is quite fun! They have no background in what they are managing...I love my job. I've enjoyed it so much. Hey, it's not my fault the people I work for are imcompetent(the word idiot is an understatement). So who can blame me. Anyway, the author, A.T. Bell has helped me a great deal. The knowledge of the author is unbelievable. If you need a great book to understand the Telecom Business, this is the one. I have learned so much. Thanks!!
