It's time to just say Yo when the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rap to youngsters about the dangers of drugs at school and on the streets. The exuberant and bouncy rap-song-style text gets to the heart of the matter: drugs and dealers are everywhere, and it's not easy to just say no. This song gives kids lots of different ways--and reasons--to say no: no to using; not to selling; no to being a runner, which is the way many young kids get pulled into the drug scene in the first place. Every page made me burst with laughter at it's very poor attempt to keep kids off drugs. If I may read a passage, "So let's have a pizza with extra cheese. No anchovies, if you please. No crack, no smack, no angel dust- Just the Turtles and you...the kids we trust!" Pure hilarity.
