Amazing

This really is an amazing account of an extraordinary life. Its not 'preachy', it just tells how Tony Anthony went from Kung Fu champion, to international bodyguard, to being an inmate in prison in Cyprus, to becoming a Christian and having his entire life transformed. And its not one of those 'happy ending/everyone goes off into the sunset' books either. We see him in his life as a Christian and the battles he faces - especially in jail. Whether you're a Christian or not this is an amazing book and well worth reading.

one word AWSOME

one of the most amazing books i have read to-date. the whole book was great but for the life changing events god put tony's way in is awsome. this book is a must read for christian or non-christian. it just shows that through the grace of god anyone can have freedom, everlasting life. it's made me think whats more important in life.

Taming the Tiger- the book that changed my life.

When a friend recommended this book and said it was about a murderer who finds God, i at first though it would be a book that i would find dull and i would read a bit and think that it wasn't my type of book.How wrong i was. The very first chapter had me gripped , and after reading just a few pages i couldnt put it down until i had finished the whole thing. Not only is this one of the most exciting ,interesting and fantastic books i have ever read, it also opened my eyes to god.Even if you are of a different or no religion i recommend this book fully as it is thrilling. There are many pieces of action in Tony's life, along with lots of sorrow, happyness,fear,anger and love and they make a great read. This is one of the few books i have finished reading as i am not much of a book person.This book really gripped me.

Reads like a suspense novel

A riveting story from 3x Kung-Fu World Champion about his contests, his body-guard career that swirls out of control, ending up in prison: twice. A great story of redemption. Authentically told, warts and all, that points to God and the need for him. Very compelling autobiography.

COMPLETLY FLAWED ME. I think that this book is "the cross and the switchblade" of this era, I say this because of the Honesty and Detail delivered to the reader about Tony's faith,situation and the agony as he was taken through the gutter of brokeness to what it really means to be "born again" and saved by grace. READ THIS BOOK. I reccomend it to anyone who has questions about grace or anyone who loves Martial Arts. Grateful Soldier.
