I got this book when it came out in '92 and I have a much loved and dog eared copy. It spells out everything you need to know to get the right "mindset" and thinking patterns to lose weight without the constant horrible struggle. But one must APPLY it everyday, use it for it to work!

A quick read, and a pleasant one. No abstruse concept, all is there, simply explained and easy to experiment with. Mental tricks to make your diet (not one in specific, you won't find dietary advice here) easy and pleasant to follow, to stop the craving and the feeling of deprivation. You will enjoy dieting! you surely don't believe. Neither did I. The fact is... it works, right from the start. I'm the first to be amazed!
